1. Which material is licensed
This licence applies to the specific Blueprint digital package identified in the buyer's confirmed order. Product names, editions, included PDFs, Excel workbooks, CSVs, example datasets, HTML tools, local import scripts and other companion resources are described on the relevant product page and/or in its package inventory. Buying one Blueprint does not grant access to another title, earlier or future editions, or new products.
2. Your licence
After valid purchase, the Seller grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence, for the duration of applicable intellectual-property rights, to download, retain and read the purchased materials; make reasonable personal backups and prints; fill in, adapt and use supplied templates and workbooks for personal analysis or legitimate internal commercial work; run the provided local tools for the purchaser's own authorised projects in supported environments; and apply general ideas, methods and skills learned from the material to their own ventures.
The purchaser may share their own original completed results, decisions and derived internal analyses with colleagues, customers or advisers, provided this does not redistribute the original package, blank proprietary templates or substantial protectable portions of the publication. An organisation may purchase for one designated user; wider internal access requires additional licences or prior permission from the Seller.
3. Prohibited redistribution
Unless legally permitted or previously authorised in writing, the purchaser may not resell, sublicense, upload, share download credentials, distribute, or make the source files or material protectable excerpts available to another person; bundle the files into another paid product or public template library; present the publication's original authorship as their own; or remove attribution or copyright notices from supplied files.
This restriction does not prohibit lawful quotations, fair or otherwise protected uses, independent creation, reverse engineering where mandatorily permitted, or use of unprotected general facts, principles, ideas, calculation methods and business concepts.
4. Intellectual-property boundaries
The Seller and any third-party rightsholders retain rights that applicable law recognises in the protectable aspects of the publications and tools. Some content may have been produced with AI assistance; ownership or protectability is claimed only to the extent actually supported by applicable law. Nothing in this licence claims exclusive ownership of general entrepreneurship principles, formulas, marketplaces or financial concepts.
5. Requirements, operating risk and support
The buyer must review and follow the technical requirements on the relevant product page. Some tools may depend on Microsoft Excel desktop for Windows, local file permissions or a supported PowerShell environment; they are not necessarily compatible with macOS, Excel for the web, other Excel editions or employer-managed computers. The package is supplied with its documented limitations; it is not an automatic connection to third-party commerce platforms unless specifically promised.
The materials are educational, not professional advice or a guarantee of profit. The Seller does not promise personalised installation, coaching, customisation, future feature releases or free upgrades unless expressly included in the product description at the time of sale. This clause does not displace mandatory rights relating to software/content conformity or updates legally required for a conforming product.
6. Access, problems and legal remedies
Temporary download links may expire, but the licensed right to use a lawfully downloaded file does not end solely because a token expires. If files cannot be accessed or are corrupt, the purchaser may contact blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com, referencing the order. All legally required conformity, refund and other consumer remedies remain available regardless of this licence. Payment, withdrawal and delivery are governed by the associated Terms of Sale.
7. End of licence and hierarchy
A serious unauthorised distribution breach may, where permitted by law and subject to any required notice, terminate further licensed use. That does not erase mandatory consumer rights or the Seller's own legal obligations. The Terms of Sale govern ordering and payment; this licence governs use of purchased files. Mandatory applicable law prevails where it conflicts with this licence.
PUBLICATION HOLD: Check the publication date, the legally required separate notices, the published product inventory, third-party component licences and licence compatibility before offering this version to buyers.
