TERMS OF SALE — BLUEPRINT LIBRARY
REVIEW DRAFT — NOT YET EFFECTIVE. DO NOT PUBLISH OR ENABLE CHECKOUT BASED ON THIS DRAFT ALONE.
Effective from: [DATE AFTER FINAL VALIDATION]
Website: https://private-offer-blueprint.pages.dev/ (and pages of the Blueprint Library published by the Seller)
1. Scope, publisher and contact
These Terms of Sale govern one-time purchases of digital publications presented through Blueprint Library. The party offering the publications through the website is referred to in these Terms as the “Seller”. Blueprint Library is the name of the publication collection and does not imply the existence of a company.
- Website: https://private-offer-blueprint.pages.dev/.
- Customer service, complaints and requests relating to orders: blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com.
- Statutory publisher information, where required, is provided through a separate Legal Notice made available on the website. That notice is not replaced by these Terms.
These Terms remain a review draft and must not be used to accept orders until the legally required website disclosures and checkout information are in place.
2. Products and essential characteristics
Blueprint Library sells independent, one-time digital products. The title, edition, included files, language, advertised scope, availability, prerequisites and total price of each product are stated on its own product page and again at checkout. Purchasing one Blueprint does not include any other Blueprint or future title.
Private-Offer Marketplace Blueprint: an English-language 302-page PDF guide and a 111-page PDF companion workbook, with the 18 guided worksheets reorganized in the companion workbook (not additional worksheets). The one-time advertised base price is USD 79, subject to the legally applicable total-price disclosure at checkout.
The E-Commerce Profitability Blueprint: an English-language self-study digital package with financial learning material, Excel workbooks, examples and offline data-preparation/import tools as specified on its product page. Its one-time listed base price is USD 99; it is not currently offered for purchase in the laboratory. An eventual purchase will include only the version and components specifically identified at its checkout.
Unless the product page explicitly states otherwise, no physical goods, live teaching, individualized consulting, subscription, lifetime support, native direct Shopify/Etsy/Amazon/Stripe connector or guaranteed business outcome are included.
Compatibility and technical requirements matter. The E-Commerce Profitability Blueprint's automated import workflow requires a compatible Windows desktop environment, desktop Microsoft Excel and permission to run the described local tools. Excel for the web and macOS are not supported for that automated workflow. The specific supported/tested environments, practical limits and any other requirements must be displayed on the product page before purchase. Buyers should review those requirements before ordering.
3. Customers and order availability
Purchases are permitted only in countries and territories expressly supported by the checkout, payment provider and delivery service. The Seller may decline orders from unsupported or restricted locations and will arrange an appropriate reversal or refund if a payment was captured but supply cannot lawfully be completed. No claim of worldwide availability is made. The product descriptions and contract are in English.
A buyer acting for a company or organization confirms that they are authorized to purchase for the intended licensed user. Mandatory rights belonging to purchasers who qualify as consumers are not removed because a product is also suitable for business use.
4. Price, taxes and payment
Each live product page identifies its one-time price and currency. The full amount payable, including taxes and any additional charges payable to the Seller, is presented before the buyer confirms an order. If the Seller cannot determine and display the legally required total for a proposed destination, checkout must not accept that order. No recurring payment is created by these purchases.
Payments are processed through PayPal (or another provider explicitly identified at checkout). PayPal's applicable service terms may govern its processing of the payment. Any separate exchange-rate or bank charges imposed by the buyer's own financial service are not charged by the Seller.
The buyer has an opportunity to review and correct order details before activating the final, clearly labelled payable-order confirmation. The Seller treats an order as accepted once the payment is verified and an order confirmation is issued. The Seller may refuse fraudulent or technically invalid orders, subject to the buyer's applicable rights and proper handling of any funds received.
5. Delivery and access
Products are supplied electronically; no parcel is shipped. Following successful payment verification, the buyer receives access to the specific product purchased, usually via a secure, time-limited download link or an equivalent secure order-retrieval mechanism, with order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout when available.
A download token may expire without terminating the underlying single-user licence. A buyer who loses access may contact blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com, providing the order reference and information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase. Access restoration is subject to appropriate identity/security verification and applicable law.
The Seller will help resolve missing, damaged, incorrect or inaccessible files, and will provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law. Delivery times may be affected by incidents; a failed delivery is not treated as a completed supply merely because a payment was captured.
6. Consumer withdrawal for digital content
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights are respected. Under the applicable law, consumers may have a 14-day period to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, an exception may apply once supply starts only when all mandatory conditions have been met.
Where French/EU rules apply, immediate supply before the end of the withdrawal period must be supported by: (1) the consumer's prior express request/consent to early supply; (2) their express acknowledgement that starting supply will cause loss of the withdrawal right; and (3) the required confirmation of that agreement on a durable medium in accordance with applicable law. The checkout must collect this choice independently, through a box that is not preselected. Mere acceptance of these Terms does not replace that choice.
If the required conditions are not satisfied, the Seller will not presume that withdrawal rights have been lost. Where a right of withdrawal continues to apply, the buyer can exercise it by contacting blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com with an unambiguous statement of the decision to withdraw, or by using the model withdrawal form provided with the order documents. Applicable consumer law governs the timing and processing of any refund.
This section does not eliminate other cancellation, conformity or refund rights protected by mandatory law in the buyer's country.
7. Non-delivery, defects, refunds and legal conformity
Where a valid immediate digital supply has begun and the legal conditions for loss of withdrawal have been satisfied, the Seller does not ordinarily offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. This never overrides a statutory withdrawal right, a remedy for non-delivery, a defective or non-conforming product, incorrect supply, an unauthorized or duplicate payment, or another non-waivable right.
For customers protected by French consumer law, the statutory conformity regime for digital content applies, including the legal protections applicable to a single act of supply. The Seller does not disclaim those protections or the mandatory right to relevant updates where required by law. Remedies are assessed according to the situation and may include bringing content into conformity, a price reduction or contract termination/refund as required by law.
To report a problem, email blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com with the product name, transaction reference and a description of the issue. Avoid sharing card numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. Where due, refunds will be processed by an appropriate permitted method, generally via the original payment channel.
8. Permitted use and intellectual property
Each paid product includes a personal, single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence under the accompanying Digital Product License. Its licence allows the buyer to study the material and use the supplied worksheets or tools for their own internal projects and legitimate business purposes, while restricting unauthorised redistribution, sublicensing and resale of the source files.
A purchase does not transfer ownership of the publication's protectable expression, does not transfer ownership of general ideas or methods, and does not grant rights to future Blueprints. Mandatory rights and legally permitted uses remain unaffected. The separate Digital Product License sets out the detailed permissions, including the treatment of Excel workbooks and local scripts.
9. Educational nature; no promised outcomes
The publications provide general educational and planning information, not personalized legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment or professional advice. Illustrative revenue figures, margins, financial scenarios and case studies are not promises of profitability or specific results. Buyers remain responsible for checking the relevance of the content to their business, jurisdiction, software configuration and circumstances, and for seeking qualified advice when needed.
10. Responsibility and mandatory protections
The Seller remains responsible for fulfilling the contract and for legal obligations concerning supply and conformity. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies or consumer protections where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller is not responsible for independent commercial decisions, outcomes or third-party services over which the Seller has no control; this statement does not affect liability for the Seller's own breach or non-conforming digital content.
11. Personal data
Information required for purchases, payment verification, security, digital delivery, support, refund processing and legal recordkeeping is handled as described in a separate Privacy Notice, which must be made accessible before ordering. Payment processing also involves the payment provider under its privacy terms. This section is not a substitute for a complete Privacy Notice.
12. Complaints, mediation and law
Send complaints first to blueprints.helpdesk@outlook.com. When the French consumer mediation framework applies, the buyer may contact the consumer mediation service identified in the separate statutory information made available on the website after first attempting to resolve the dispute with the Seller, under the applicable admissibility conditions. Mediation is free to the consumer as required by law.
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections applicable under the law of their habitual residence or of any legally protected forum for disputes. Nothing here requires a consumer to submit to mandatory private arbitration or surrender statutory court access.
13. Versions, interpretation and severability
The Terms and product/licence versions made available and accepted at the time of the order govern that order, subject to mandatory law. Changes to these Terms apply to later orders unless otherwise lawfully agreed. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. In case of a conflict with mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.
EDITORIAL/PUBLICATION HOLD: A complete Legal Notice, Privacy Notice, product technical requirements and applicable withdrawal/consumer-mediation information must be available before publication. The checkout must collect legally valid, separate digital-supply consent and provide durable confirmation; the displayed totals and supported destinations must be verified. This draft is not confirmation of regulatory compliance or authorization to sell.
