What you receive

From fragmented numbers
to an informed decision.

A coordinated learning and decision toolkit — not an accounting system or automatic store integration.

01 / LEARN

Practical guide, field mapping and decision cards

Understand operating revenue, refunds, channel contribution, advertising economics and working capital. A 15-page manual field-mapping guide covers Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and Stripe with examples and limitations.

02 / VALIDATE

Offline CSV checker and Excel importer

Review normalized sale, refund and expense records, examine warnings, then import a verified XML/JSON pair into the Excel ledger on supported Windows setups.

03 / MODEL

Three spreadsheet tools

A profitability ledger, a Pricing & Advertising Lab and an Inventory & Cash Planner. The companion models operate independently from imported ledger data.

How it works

A clear process.
Explicit checkpoints.

STEP 1

Prepare

Keep your platform exports, then normalize the relevant records into the included CSV schema. Genuine Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and Stripe exports are not accepted directly.

STEP 2

Validate and import

Use the local HTML validator. Resolve failures and review warnings. Import the paired export using Windows PowerShell and desktop Excel.

STEP 3

Investigate and decide

Require the ledger's DATA QUALITY = OK and IMPORT REVIEW = MATCH, reconcile against source records, then explore independent pricing and cash scenarios.

Practice before personal data

Learn on a fictional merchant case.

The included instructional example starts with 48 fictional orders, allocated to 57 sale lines, 6 refund events and 4 expenses. Its figures demonstrate how the workflow behaves; they are not typical results or earnings claims.

Instructional example — not a benchmark

Oct. operating result: $1,491.04 · Nov.: $71.83

What this is not
  • Not an automatic integration with a marketplace or payment platform
  • Not bookkeeping, statutory accounts, bank reconciliation or certified tax computation
  • Not a promise of improved margins, revenue or cash flow
  • Not a tool for bypassing data validation by manually pasting records
Read before considering a purchase

Compatibility matters.

The Excel import workflow requires a Windows computer, Windows PowerShell 5.1 and locally installed desktop Microsoft Excel.

Tested scope

Targeted native tests passed on Windows with desktop Excel 2007 and with Microsoft 365 desktop Excel version 2608, build 20326, on one Windows 10 PC. Other Office builds, updates and enterprise security policies are not guaranteed.

Not supported for this workflow

Excel for Mac, Excel for the web, Google Sheets and LibreOffice. Importing raw platform exports without manual preparation is also unsupported.

MAXIMUM PER IMPORT
  • 5,000 sale lines
  • 1,500 refund events
  • 1,500 expense events
  • 30 distinct SKUs
  • 30 sales channels
  • Single reporting currency

Limits, warnings, recoverable inventory value and source reconciliation are explained in the included Compatibility & Limits guide. The validator's warning acknowledgement is not independent verification.

Frequently asked questions

Understand the boundaries.

Will it connect automatically to my Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or Stripe account?

No. You must manually normalize records into the supplied CSV schemas before using the offline validator. The included platform field-mapping guide explains the steps for Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and Stripe. There is no direct API connector.

Can I use it on a Mac or Google Sheets?

The supported import workflow is Windows desktop Excel with PowerShell 5.1. Mac, Excel for the web, Google Sheets and LibreOffice are not supported for this workflow.

Do I need to upload my sales files to an online service?

The included HTML preflight tool is designed to process normalized CSVs locally in the browser. You should retain and safeguard source records and inspect the installed workflow before use; the product does not provide an online merchant account integration.

Does the Cash Planner calculate my actual taxes?

No. Its tax memo is illustrative and does not assess tax due. Your financial, accounting and tax obligations require separate verification.
